imgdash.com administrators constantly moderate and reserve the right to view, delete and replace any image files uploaded. imgdash.com assumes no liability for lost files or misplaced file URLs. imgdash.com is not responsible for how you use your uploaded files.
The following types of files and actions breach TOS as agreed by the end-user.
Pornographic files including, but is not limited to, files depicting genitalia, nudity, or sexual situations.
Files that are seen as illegal and violate the law within the EU and United Kingdom.
Media you do not own the license for.
Files that are not image files.
Files that use extreme space and bandwidth.
Limiting other users availability.
All files breaching the agreed TOS will be deleted upon request without prior notice. Any user breaching TOS may face a ban from imgdash.com services for undisclosed amount of time. All files on this server are hosted on a server located in the UK and therefore follows UK laws piracy and copyright laws. The server is operated by imgdash.com and hosted by linode.com.
